NEIL Carter Neil Carter refers to several people:

 and Chris Woakes Chris Woakes (born March 2, 1989) is an English cricketer. He is a right-handed batsman and a right-arm medium-pace bowler. He was born in Birmingham.

Woakes represented Warwickshire in one match during the 2006 season, during a West Indian tour of England.
 shared all 10 wickets as Warwickshire fought back brilliantly in their championship duel with Worcestershire at New Road today.

Daryl Mitchell (born on July 16, 1965) is an African-American actor. After a career in hip-hop in the 1980s with Groove B.
 and Vikram Solanki added 139 before Carter's inspired spell.
