.) and Mindex announce that they have settled the suits, relating to a success fee claimed in respect of the Mindex acquisition in December, 1999.

These suits were initiated by Jens Moe & Partners Corp. ("Jens Moe") in the Norwegian Courts, as described in Crew's news release of May 26, 2000. It was agreed that none of the parties acted contrary to the September 8, 1999 Consultancy Agreement. Pursuant to the terms of the settlement, which are confidential, Crew and Mindex have agreed to pay Jens Moe approximately 50% of their claim and each party is responsible for its own costs.
