Creston Resources Ltd. Announces Restructuring.

ROOSEVELT, Utah -- Creston Resources Ltd. (Pink Sheets: CSTJ) announced today that its reorganization efforts are ahead of schedule. The restructuring will have a large effect across the entire company, the first resulting in a number of positive additions to the management and board of directors of Creston.

"This restructuring is made with the goal of unleashing and unlocking shareholder value," stated the company's President and CEO Paul McCulliss. "The first goal is to attract the proper talent that has the ability to maximize our current assets and has the vision to expand the company using a strategic acquisition model. The fresh outlook and direction is just the first in a series of strategic initiatives that will be unveiled in the immediate future." This will be followed by an official announcement listing new directors and corporate officers and their resumes.

Additionally, Versailles Capital, a strategic and turnaround consulting firm, was hired to assist management in bringing the company to a new level of production and financial stability. Together with new management, the board feels that they can create a new synergy, with a vision to transform Creston into a highly respected oil and gas entity while enhancing shareholder wealth.
