Creston Announces Confirmation of Joint Venture Agreement.

SALT LAKE CITY -- Creston Resources Inc. (Creston) (Pink Sheets: CSTJ) confirmed today that its subsidiary, Homeland Gas & Oil Ltd. (Homeland) has accepted an offer for an investment of $1,200,000 in a joint venture to drill a new well on one of Homeland's existing sites in the Uintah Basin. The joint venture partner has also requested an option to provide an additional $1,200,000 in a joint venture arrangement with Homeland for the purpose of drilling a second well. Creston has granted the option which must be exercised on or before Dec. 15, 2004.

In announcing the confirmation of the joint venture proposal, Paul McCullis, the president of Creston, said, "We regard this opportunity as a significant vote of confidence in the future potential for Creston's activities in the Uintah Basin through its Homeland subsidiary. The due diligence by our joint venture participant has confirmed the fact that Creston/Homeland's lease holdings and currently operating wells provide the company with a very solid base of potential oil and gas production for future development. We anticipate entering into formal drilling contracts for the well before the end of the calendar year."
