o PowerPak Pro- upgraded to Release 2.0

PowerPak Pro is a complete, tested and fully supported `best-of-breed' suite of professional Visual Basic tools, providing professional development tools, OLE controls See OCX. , source code management, deployment tools, and focused support for the integrated package. Through Crescent's Upgrade Price Protection Program, customers who have purchased the VB3/VBX versions of its products between June 26 and September 30, 1995 can upgrade to the corresponding OLE component version free(a) through November 30, 1995. Packaging

To afford users the maximum flexibility in a mixed 16- and 32-bit deployment environment, these new Crescent products will be packaged with all the following in each box: VBX (Visual Basic EXtension) A component software technology from Microsoft that enabled a Visual Basic (Windows) program to add functionality by calling ready-made software modules.  controls (16-bit, by definition); 16-bit OLE Custom Controls (OCX); and 32-bit OLE Custom Controls.
