:CEI) recently welcomed a new officer to its management team. R. Todd Bicknell joins Crescent as vice president, structured finance, where he will manage the operations and financial aspects of the Company's mezzanine loan fund, monitor asset performance, and ensure partnership agreement compliance and communication with joint venture partners.

Mr. Bicknell has approximately twenty years of experience in commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, finance, asset management and project management. Most recently, Mr. Bicknell was a commercial lender with CSG Investments, Inc., where he was responsible for underwriting and due diligence on commercial real estate and fixed asset loans. Prior to that, he served as vice president, acquisitions/dispositions for Amerishop Real Estate Services, L. P, in Dallas.
