) today announced the funding of the first phase of its office joint venture transactions announced on Nov. 8, 2004. A pension fund investor advised by JPMorgan Fleming Asset Management acquired a 60% interest in three of Crescent's trophy office properties within Crescent's existing portfolio, while Crescent retained a 40% interest. Totaling 5.6 million square feet, the collection of properties is comprised of The Crescent in Dallas and Houston Center and Post Oak Central in Houston. Total value of the partnership is $898.5 million.
