) announced the recent signing of three commercial office leases with well-known financial institutions at The Crescent in Dallas totaling 61,924 square feet.

Bear Stearns Companies Inc. renewed its 34,396 square-foot lease for ten years, effective August 2005. Tony Click, Crescent's Vice President, Leasing, represented the owner, Crescent TC Investors, L.P., while Paul Whitman and Brad Selner, both with The Staubach Company, represented Bear Stearns.

Credit Suisse First Boston Credit Suisse First Boston was originally the trading name of the Financière Crédit Suisse-First Boston, a London-based 50-50 investment banking joint venture formed in 1978 between the First Boston Corporation and Credit Suisse.  USA Inc. relocated from JPMorgan Chase Tower JPMorgan Chase Tower may mean:

 to The Crescent, signing a lease for 17,227 square feet, effective May 2005. Mr. Click represented the owner, while Jay Annand, with CB Richard Ellis CB Richard Ellis Group, Inc. NYSE: CBG is a multinational real estate corporation currently based in Los Angeles, California, U.S.A.. On December 20, 2006, the corporation, also known as CBRE, completed acquisition of Trammell Crow Co. in a transaction valued at $2. , represented Credit Suisse First Boston.

Stanford Group Company relocated from Las Colinas to The Crescent, signing a lease for 10,301 square feet, effective March 2005. Mr. Click represented the owner, while Peter Danna, with CB Richard Ellis, represented Stanford Group.

According to Mr. Click, "With the renewal of Bear Stearns and the addition of two great firms like Credit Suisse First Boston and Stanford Group, The Crescent is undoubtedly the Financial Center of the Southwest. In fact, The Crescent holds more than 70 financial services firms today, which is a trend we see continuing."
