CreekPath Emerges from Exabyte to Provide Easy e-Storage Services for e-Business.

CreekPath Systems, Inc. and Exabyte Corporation (Nasdaq:EXBT) today jointly announced the formation of a groundbreaking storage company, CreekPath Systems.

Exabyte transfers considerable intellectual property and resources to launch CreekPath, including an undisclosed amount of "angel funding" capital. CreekPath's charter is to make e-storage easy for e-businesses by providing storage as a utility service.
