Creed most recently spent three years as vice president of investor relations for Montreal-based CGI Group CGI Group Inc. (TSX: GIB.A, NYSE: GIB) is a Canadian-based information technology (IT) management and business process services (BPS) company. Founded in 1976 as Conseillers en Gestion et Informatique , a $3 billion information technology service company where she was responsible for strategic direction and execution of its global investor relations activities. She also spent eight years with the Financial Relations Board, the nation's oldest firm dedicated to the practice of investor relations.

"Julie has demonstrated outstanding skill in strategic financial communications throughout her career and we are confident in her ability to bring our story to the full attention of the investment community," said Terry M. Endsley, Navistar vice president and treasurer.

The number of conferences and investor meetings in which the company has participated has more than doubled in the past three years. Creed will be responsible for overseeing strategy and execution of the company's investor relations program, including direction of its investor and security analyst communications initiatives.
