Creditors Interchange has notified Debt Resolve that CI will take all steps necessary and appropriate to protect its interests for what CI believes to be the false and misleading statements made by Debt Resolve in its September 24th press release regarding its reasons for the termination of the Securities Purchase Agreement, and what CI further believes to be violations by Debt Resolve of its obligations under the Fourth Amendment to the Securities Purchase Agreement.
