Credit Suisse and Ospraie Announce Broad Strategic Alliance; Partnership Will Include a Focus on Private Equity-Type Opportunities in Commodities and Basic Industries.

Credit Suisse, through its Alternative Investments group in its Asset Management business, will support Ospraie in its pursuit of more concentrated investment opportunities in commodities and basic industries. In addition, Credit Suisse will provide global distribution support, enabling Ospraie to focus its expertise on investing in the basic industries, commodities and related sectors.
