Credit Suisse Asset Management Changes Name of Warburg Pincus Funds.

 Americas") today announced a name change for the Warburg Pincus Funds.

The funds will be known as the Credit Suisse Warburg Pincus Funds effective March 26, 2001. This strategic move is the next step in the integration of Warburg Pincus Asset Management, which CSAM acquired in 1999.

In making the announcement, Jim McCaughan, chief executive officer of CSAM Americas, said, "In changing the name of the funds, we are establishing a new identity for them as part of the Credit Suisse family of funds Family of Funds
