Credit Suisse Asset Management Announces Appointments to Its U.S. Core Fixed Income and High Yield Teams.


NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 4, 1999--

Credit Suisse The Credit Suisse Group (SWX:CSGN, NYSE: CS) is a financial services company, headquartered in Zürich, Switzerland. It is the second-largest Swiss bank, behind UBS AG.  Asset Management today announced the appointments of three investment professionals to its U.S. core fixed income and high yield teams. The appointments include Jose (Tony) Rodriguez, director and portfolio manager in charge of investment-grade U.S. corporate debt, Sean Corridon, vice president responsible for client service for U.S. core fixed income accounts, and John Dessauer, assistant vice president, high yield credit analysis.

With over 15 years of fixed income experience, Mr. Rodriguez joins Credit Suisse Asset Management from Prudential Investments, where he managed over $15 billion in high-grade corporates for institutions and mutual funds. He has also managed high yield, dollar-denominated emerging market debt and money market portfolios. Mr. Rodriguez holds an MBA MBA

Sean Corridon has been with Credit Suisse Asset Management since 1997 having responsibility for the analysis of performance and risk for all client portfolios. In his new role, he will assume responsibility for client service for the firm's U.S. core fixed income accounts. Mr. Corridon holds an MBA in finance from Columbia Business School Columbia Business School (part of Columbia University), officially named the Columbia University Graduate School of Business, and also known as CBS, was established in 1916 to provide business training and professional preparation for undergraduate and graduate  and is a Certified Financial Analyst.

John Dessauer joins Credit Suisse Asset Management as assistant vice president, high yield, specializing in credit analysis and client service. He was formerly with SEI Investments where he was a senor analyst focusing on high yield, municipal debt and large-capitalization equities. Mr. Dessauer graduated from Boston College Boston College, main campus at Chestnut Hill, Mass.; coeducational; Jesuit; est. and opened 1863. Actually a university, the school's Chestnut Hill campus comprises colleges of arts and sciences and business administration, the graduate school, and schools of nursing  with a BA degree in economics and is a Certified Financial Analyst.
