Credit Suisse Appoints Sharon Egilinsky as Asset Management Head of Strategy for Americas.

NEW YORK -- Credit Suisse today announced the appointment of Sharon Egilinsky as a Managing Director and Head of Strategy for Asset Management in the Americas. In this newly created role, Ms. Egilinsky joins the management team and will have responsibility for developing and executing a business strategy with a focus on opportunities for growth in the region. She will also work closely with the sales and product teams on identifying opportunities in the market.

Sharon was most recently at Citigroup, where she was Managing Director, responsible for building and managing a multi-asset class global transition management business. Prior to Citigroup, she was a Managing Director at Deutsche Asset Management, where she held a number of senior positions on both the investment and management sides of the business including Global Head of Product Development. Sharon began her career as a financial services lawyer, advising investment managers, hedge fund managers and commodity investment businesses in product offerings and fund structures.

Ms. Egilinsky will be based in New York and will report to Lawrence Haber.
