Equities Data for Enterprise-wide Risk Management Operations

FAME Information Services, Inc., a global leader in delivering information management and decision support solutions to the financial and energy markets, announced today that it has successfully implemented and rolled out a complete end-to-end market data solution for risk management at Credit Lyonnais at its world headquarters in Paris.

FAME's end-to-end Historical Market Data Solution for Risk Management (HMD/Risk)(TM) comprises a set of five components to acquire, build, filter, validate and maintain an organization's historical market database. Data can be drawn from both internal and external sources through pre-built loaders.

Since late 1999, Credit Lyonnais has been utilizing FAME Site Server for the delivery of FAME's global equity pricing data and the Bloomberg Data License-to-FAME Loader (DTFL) to retrieve and load Bloomberg data for its foreign exchange, fixed income and equities businesses worldwide.
