Credit Counseling Network and CCCS of Greater Fort Worth Announces Merger with Money Management International.

FORT WORTH, Texas -- Consumer Credit Counseling Service of Greater Fort Worth, a non-profit public service agency and member of Credit Counseling Network, announced today its merger with Houston-based Money Management International. Since 1979, Consumer Credit Counseling Service of Greater Fort Worth (CCCS) has been a leading provider of financial counseling, money management education, debt management plans, and homeowner counseling and education. With 23 offices throughout Texas; including locations in Greater Fort Worth, Central Texas, Fort Hood Military Base, Southwest Texas and West Texas, CCCS has helped hundreds of thousands of Texas residents resolve their personal financial difficulties and achieve long-term financial well being.

CCCS of Fort Worth and its Credit Counseling Network partners are the fifteenth agency since 2000 to merge with Money Management International (MMI). Previous mergers include agencies in Texas, Arizona, New Mexico, Illinois, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Louisiana, Colorado, California, New Jersey, Maine, Oregon and Southern New England.
