Credence Systems providing new VistaLOGIC(TM) digital tester to Philips Semiconductor's Albuquerque facility.

The new system will be added to a group of VistaLOGIC testers that are being used in production tests of Philips' industry-leading line of microcontroller products.

In addition to the Albuquerque manufacturing plant, Credence's VistaLOGIC, VistaVision(TM) STS (Synchronous Transport Signal) The electrical equivalent of the SONET optical signal.
