 where he most recently held the position of Vice President, Marketing for Trillium products. Clyde has filled many roles in the ATE industry including Vice President and General Manager of LTX's Digital Business Unit, Director of Far East Sales and Vice President of the Board Test Product Group at Eaton.

Clyde was also instrumental in orchestrating the LTX/Ando joint development. Clyde started in the ATE industry at Fairchild Test Systems in 1967 and during his 30 years in the industry, lived in Japan, Singapore and the U.S. Clyde's experience spans the development, marketing, selling, servicing and application of automatic test equipment.

Bart Freedman brings over 17 years of experience in sales and strategic business development to Credence. Prior to joining Credence, Bart was Vice President, North American North American
