Credence Announces Resignation of Chief Financial Officer.

FREMONT, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 18, 2000

The board has appointed John Detwiler, the Company's Finance VP and Corporate Controller, to temporarily assume the responsibilities of interim Chief Financial Officer until such time as a permanent replacement for Mr. Wolf is found.
