At LinuxWorld San Francisco -- on August 16th, at 6 p.m. -- the GroundWork Open Source Council will run a birds-of-a-feather session to meet their user base and solicit feedback. The event is open to all LinuxWorld attendees.

Initial members of GroundWork's newly-formed Open Source Council include the creators and overseers of some of today's most popular open source monitoring and management technologies, including: Tobi Oetiker (RRDtool, MRTG, SmokePing), Remo Rickli (NeDi), Ian Berry (Cacti), Matt Massie (Ganglia), Alex Russell Alexander John Russell (born 17 March 1973 in Crosby) is a professional footballer with Bristol City. He plays in central midfield.

His father, also called Alex, played professionally for Southport.
