Creative Routes, run by Middlesbrough Council's art development and extended schools team, will offer people the chance to work with those who have already made their mark, such as working on an animated film with Curtis Jobling, the designer of Bob the Builder <noinclude></noinclude> <noinclude></noinclude> Bob the Builder is a children's television character created by Keith Chapman.
