, announced that it has filled approximately 72,000 s/f of space, or all previously available space, since being appointed The Adler Group's 475 10th Avenue exclusive leasing agent in January 2004.

During PBS Realty Advisors' tenure, the building was targeted to leading creative firms including architects, fashion and home furnishing companies.
