The project which is a partnership between Coleg Morgannwg, Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council (Welsh: Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Rhondda Cynon Taf) is the governing body for Rhondda Cynon Taff, one of the Principal Areas of Wales. , Communities First and Spectacle Theatre aims to encourage community arts projects and adult learning.
