Creative minds.

DRUM and Bass DJ, Akil Morgan, right, returned to Liverpool following extensive world travelling and attended the most recent ASC course.

"ASC has helped me to focus on the different ways I can use the knowledge and the skills I've gained -1 love working with young people and have developed important skills for working alongside teachers to help bring new life and energy to the curriculum using creative techniques."

JO STOKES, right, worked as an actress for 10 years before starting a family eight years ago.

"The ASC programme inspired me to start using my skills again but it's also opened new doors. I am now working as a new tutor on the course and regularly undertaking creative work in schools alongside the redevelopment of my acting career."

LAURENCE PAYOT, left, is a French artist based in Liverpool.

"Creativity is an energy you can spread around you and multiply to infinity' it is about sharing and building together. As an artist I was used to working on my own. ASC has given me the strong desire to be involved in collaborative projects and provided me with a network of other creative practitioners and educators to collaborate with."

DRAMA specialist, Jackson Kavanagh, left, was a participant on the first ASC course and is now a lead tutor on the current programme.

"ASC came as a breath of fresh air, completely reinvigorating both me and my approach to my work, and I hope to be able to develop the same kind of results for the participants starting on ASC 6 this week."
