Creative juices flow on 26th Street as Kaufman signs production firm.

The Kaufman Organization found Visual Goodness, a New York City-based creative production company, 5,000 s/f of full-floor identity space at 25 W. 26th St. According to Seth Hecht of the Kaufman Organization, who represented the tenant in the transaction, the asking price for the space was $25.

"We are seeing a trend whereby small growing companies are looking for the elite status of a full-floor presence," said Hecht.

"Visual Goodness is a good example of this. The company, which started in 2001 with a small 1000 s/f office and four people, has quadrupled. We were able to find them an identity space that suits their maturing image and space needs while allowing for future growth."

Eric Lassoff of GVA Williams represented the landlord.

The six-story, 32,500 s/f loft building features six full-floor office spaces. The landlord built out the space, including new windows, hardwood floors, glass-enclosed offices, a kitchenette and private bathrooms, for Visual Goodness, which signed a five-year lease.

Visual Goodness provides in 3D animation, interactive services and broadcast production for the high-profile clients of advertising agencies such as Lexus and Cingular Phones.
