), a leading provider of integrated electronic security and surveillance systems, announced results for its second quarter ended June 30, 2005. The Company reported revenues of $2,289,237, an increase of $566,021 or 33% from the same period a year ago. The Company reported a net loss of $1,421,471 for the current period. The Company's results were impacted by non cash expenses of $511,683 related to the amortization of discounts and deferred charges. For the six month period ended June 30, 2005, the Company reported revenues of $5,137,787, an increase of $1,350,106 or 36% from the same period a year ago. The Company reported a net loss of $2,175,302 for the current period. Additional information is contained in the Company's 10-QSB that has been filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
