Creative Vistas Reports Second Quarter 2005 Results; Second Quarter Revenue Increases 33 Percent and Six Months Revenue Increases 36 Percent.

WHITBY, Ontario -- Creative Vistas, Inc., (OTCBB: CVAS), a leading provider of integrated electronic security and surveillance systems, announced results for its second quarter ended June 30, 2005. The Company reported revenues of $2,289,237, an increase of $566,021 or 33% from the same period a year ago. The Company reported a net loss of $1,421,471 for the current period. The Company's results were impacted by non cash expenses of $511,683 related to the amortization of discounts and deferred charges. For the six month period ended June 30, 2005, the Company reported revenues of $5,137,787, an increase of $1,350,106 or 36% from the same period a year ago. The Company reported a net loss of $2,175,302 for the current period. Additional information is contained in the Company's 10-QSB that has been filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Creative Vistas' second quarter revenues consisted primarily of sales and services relating to the integration of its advanced security solutions in the government, healthcare, retail, commercial and financial services sectors completed by its AC Technical Systems subsidiary.
