Creative Vistas Launches Revolutionary Bank Security Product.

WHITBY, Ontario -- Creative Vistas, Inc., (OTCBB: CVAS), a leading provider of integrated electronic security and surveillance systems, announced today that its subsidiary AC Technical Systems has launched a revolutionary bank security product. Called the Intelligent Banking Management System (IBMS), the Company's first proprietary product offers an ideal solution for expanding video coverage, expediting investigations and dispute resolutions, and lowering operational costs. Designed specifically for banking and financial institutions, IBMS is a network-based product that provides a branch manager or a loss prevention manager with the ability to search transactions from hundreds of locations from a central branch. IBMS is able to digitally stores pictures of persons who are associated with and sort transactions within a ATM, teller, or branch level transactions. The company is currently in initial discussions with a number of banks to potentially pilot the product in their environment.

Using IBMS the bank is able to search for a transaction using many different criteria including; time, date, transaction number, account number, ATM number, branch ID, withdrawal amount, deposit amount, etc. When the bank initiates a search using any of the above criteria, the system provides the bank with a predefined number of pictures associated to the transaction. The search process should take less than 1 minute to complete. The system could save the banking industry enormous amounts of monies and other resources and provides a very effective security solution.

By contrast, many banks today still rely on time-lapse VCR's and first generation Digital Video Recorders for monitoring lobbies, tellers and ATM machines. Poor quality video, inaccurate data, limited or no remote access, unreliability, and time consuming searches are just some of the problems when utilizing this video for critical functions such as evidence and dispute resolution.
