Creative Vistas Enters Into Letter of Intent to Acquire dataBahn; Combination Allows Company to Enter Mobile Communications Market.

WHITBY, Ontario -- Creative Vistas, Inc., (OTCBB: CVAS), a leading provider of integrated electronic security and surveillance systems, announced today that its subsidiary AC Technical Systems Ltd. has entered into a letter of intent to acquire privately-held dataBahn, Inc. Based in Farmers Branch, Texas, dataBahn provides innovative solutions to connect consumers and commercial users by providing leading edge, satellite-based Internet, voice and data services to the emerging Broadband Mobile Communications markets. The acquisition price will be payable through the issuance of stock in 2008 and will be adjusted based upon the mobile communications company meeting pre-determined revenue and earnings targets. The transaction is expected to be immediately accretive.

dataBahn, founded in May 2002, provides a cost competitive alternative to the T-1 market. The dataBahn Mobile Internet Satellite System is a state of the art, compact, completely robotic satellite transceiver smaller than anything currently sold. It is a self-contained, self-pointing and self-aligning device that automatically locates and points to your satellite without user intervention. As a result, the company is able to provide a very competitive price and bandwidth to the end user, while also providing peripheral equipment such as IP telephony, wireless networking equipment and video conferencing.
