Creative Vistas' Subsidiary Awarded Orders for $800,000 in Security Projects; Company to Provide Access Control and CCTV Solutions on High-Profile Canadian Government Projects.

WHITBY, Canada -- Creative Vistas, Inc., (OTCBB:CVSA), a leading provider of integrated electronic security and surveillance systems, announced today that its subsidiary AC Technical Systems, Ltd. had been awarded approximately $800,000 (Canadian) in orders for new security projects. Under the agreements, the Company will provide Access Control and CCTV equipment, plus installation and related services in three projects for the Canadian Government.

AC Technical Systems will work with other integrators on these projects, and will design, supply and install Access Control, CCTV equipment. The Company will work with designers and architects to integrate the equipment into existing operations. The projects are expected to be completed on or about March, 2005.
