) today announced that effective January 1, 1996 they have signed an agreement to become the exclusive U.S. distributor for Brabantia, one of Europe's leading manufacturers of non-electric household products. Brabantia, based in Holland, was founded in 1919 and currently has annual sales in excess of $125 million worldwide.
