) new Creative Inspire(SM), an application that delivers music, games and entertainment to Internet customers.

The inclusion of WINPublish(SM) and WINPurchase(SM) in Creative Inspire enables Creative to sell digital content and software on a pay-per-use basis.

Steven Sprague, president of Wave, said the agreement with Creative means that hundreds of thousands of potential new consumers can use Wave's electronic commerce technology. WINPublish and WINPurchase are the first complete electronic commerce service that enables micro-transaction purchasing and selling over the Internet and other distribution platforms.

More than 400 content providers have already signed with Wave to distribute digital content using the WINPublish platform which uses sophisticated encryption The reversible transformation of data from the original (the plaintext) to a difficult-to-interpret format (the ciphertext) as a mechanism for protecting its confidentiality, integrity and sometimes its authenticity.
