Creative Suitcase Packs a Marketing Punch; Creative Director Rachel Stikeleather Announces the Arrival of Austin's Newest Creative Studio.


AUSTIN, Texas -- Today marks the launch of Creative Suitcase, Austin's newest graphic design, advertising and Web design studio. While the company is new, it's backed by the international design experience of Principal and Creative Director Rachel Stikeleather. She has worked at Tocquigny Advertising and Jolly Design in Austin, Abbott Mead Vicker's Traffic Interactive (now Proximity London) in London and JSA JSA - Japanese Standards Association.  Design in Brisbane, Australia.

"Creative Suitcase gets its name from my two biggest loves: graphic design and world travel," said Rachel Stikeleather, Founder of Creative Suitcase. "I've visited over 25 countries, learning the cross-cultural aspects of great design, and have found inspiration in everything from Slovenian graffiti to Australian aboriginal art Australian Aboriginal art is art done by Australian Aborigines, covering art that pre-dates European colonisation as well as contemporary art by Aborigines based on traditional culture. ."

With a client roster that includes Austin Children's Museum Children's museums are institutions that provide exhibits and programs that stimulate informal learning experiences for children. Even though they just opened their doors Creative Suitcase is already garnering awards. Recently Rachel was one of nine winners from around the country to win the Neenah PaperWorks Contest for the Pyramid Properties identity system. She followed that up with another win for the Nets To Ladders identity system.
