Creative Group Marketing Sues Hasbro, Inc., Larami Ltd. for Theft of Super Soaker Water Gun Concept.Business Editors Creative Group Marketing of Stamford, CT has filed a lawsuit against Hasbro, Inc. for stealing their inventor's concept for the Super Soaker Super Soaker is a brand of recreational water gun, first sold in 1989. Gary Ahlert, President of Creative Group Marketing, a toy licensing agent and firm representing inventors of toys and games, filed the suit against Hasbro, Inc., Larami Ltd. and the estate of Bruce D'Andrade in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
