CREATIVE COMPUTER APPLICATIONS, INC. (CCA), (AMEX-CAP), a provider of Clinical Information Systems (CIS) for hospital and clinic based laboratories, pharmacies and radiology departments announced today that Bond Clinic, P.A., located in Winter Haven, Florida has signed a contract for CCA's CyberRAD(R) Radiology Information System (RIS).

Bond Clinic, P.A., is a 110-physician multi-specialty medical clinic serving the Central Florida area. Bond Clinic's Radiology Department performs in excess of 40,000 exams per year consisting of, CT Scan, MRI, Ultrasound, Nuclear Medicine, Fluoroscopy and General Radiography.
