(TM) version) 2.0. Packed with new features and enhancements, Create!flash 2.0 (HP LaserJet version) delivers an integrated electronic form (e-form) solution for Hewlett-Packard (HP) LaserJet printers with unmatched simplicity. Working with data from an organization's existing systems, Create!flash allows an organization to fully customize output and produce professional-quality documents on an HP LaserJet printer. Users design customized electronic forms using a WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) Pronounced "wiz-ee-wig." It refers to displaying text and graphics on screen the same as they will print on paper or display on a Web page.  Windows application A program that is written to run under Microsoft's Windows operating system. Such applications typically run under all 32-bit versions of Windows, but earlier applications might also run under the 16-bit versions (Windows 3.x) as well. See Windows. . The forms are then stored on the printer for use on demand.

Hewlett-Packard Corporate Account Reps (CARS) and select HP resellers in Australia have successfully distributed the Create!flash (HP LaserJet version) since 1999. "HP in collaboration with Create!form are able to satisfy all of our clients major requirements which cover not only cost, functionality, maintenance and output, but the installation of the whole printing solution," said Geoff Crozier crozier

Some of the key usability features in this new version are integration with the HP front panel menus and automatic job identification. The ability to interact with the forms software through the HP front panel menu options provides easy form administration. Users can control electronic form options and use the printer's front panel to print a list of forms stored in the printer's memory.

Automatic job identification also reduces forms administration overhead. Using predefined entry conditions that are loaded into the printer along with the e-forms, Create!flash 2.0 can automatically determine which form to use with each print job. In many cases, this eliminates the need for job ticketing and the use of Create!send.
