The Channel Partner Program has been restructured to support the company's growing global partner roster, and introduces four CFI partner categories: Gold, Silver, Consulting, and Referral. In addition, the company has announced a new channel management team to aggressively drive the expansion of global partners.

CFI has appointed two key individuals who will focus on developing and supporting the Channel Partner Program. Tiina Nieminen, who previously served as sales director covering the EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa) and Asia Pacific regions, and as European Channel Sales Manager for Omtool, has been appointed Director of Channel - EMEA. She will be based in the London office.

CFI has also appointed Jerry Owens to the position of Americas Channel Manager. With more than 14 years of industry and channel experience, Owens will be responsible for developing the channel program in the North and South American markets. Together, Tiina and Jerry will be responsible for taking CFI's expanded partner program to the next level.

CFI's enhanced Channel Partner Program introduces several new partner tiers to accommodate a wider range of business models for prospective channel partners. The previous Business and Premier Partner levels have been replaced by Gold and Silver. Gold Partner status designates companies that sell, install, provide pre- and post-sales support and professional services for CFI products.

Silver Partner status targets firms that resell the Create!form product suite but provide no services. CFI added a Consulting Partner category to provide ERP systems implementation specialists with a third party solution to fill the functionality gap in the area of output management. The existing Referral (only) program, for companies recommending CFI products, remains unchanged.

The enhanced CFI Channel Partner program has already attracted new partners from around the world, including RHC Solutions and Venturi Technology Partners in North America, Asia-based S & I Business Applications, and Pyxis Consulting of Germany.
