Create!form International Acquires CLS Research; Acquisition Strengthens E-business Product Offerings and Brings Wealth of Development Talent to Organization.

CAMBRIDGE, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 7, 2000

Create!form International, a leading provider of electronic forms and business-to-business electronic document management software, announced that it has acquired the Australian development firm CLS Research located in Melbourne. CLS provides next generation business-to-business electronic document management development and services.

With a 30-member development team, CLS Research has become a wholly owned subsidiary of Create!form International and maintains its facilities in Melbourne. Although financial terms were not disclosed, Create!form expects the acquisition to be accretive for fiscal 2001, excluding the amortization of goodwill related to the transaction.
