), announced today that pursuant to an Agreement and Plan of Reorganization The process of carrying out, through agreements and legal proceedings, a business plan for winding up the affairs of, or foreclosing a mortgage upon, the property of a corporation that has become insolvent.  it has completed the acquisition of Nurses Network, Inc. Upon the terms and conditions in the merger agreement, Nurses Network became a subsidiary of Crdentia Corp. Nurses Network is based in San Francisco San Francisco (săn frănsĭs`kō), city (1990 pop. 723,959), coextensive with San Francisco co., W Calif., on the tip of a peninsula between the Pacific Ocean and San Francisco Bay, which are connected by the strait known as the Golden , CA and provides licensed staff for medical clinics as well as skilled home healthcare visits. This is Crdentia's second medical staffing acquisition in the Bay Area.
