Michael J. Sherin, chairman of The Garden City Group, Inc., a subsidiary of Crawford & Company (GCG), and David A. Isaac, president of GCG, today announced the promotion of Neil L. Zola to the newly-created position of executive vice president and chief operating officer. Zola previously held the title of senior vice president and general counsel.
