Cranes Software to Merge Subsidiary EMRC India with Itself; To Reorganize and Restructure NISA Business in India to Derive Optimal Benefits.

Following the acquisition, Cranes has leveraged EMRC's domain experience and its team of 40 people comprising scientists, technology architects and software engineers to enhance visibility in the targeted market segment. This has resulted in significant expansion of revenues from India-centric business in this space, and is expected to create global upsides upsides
