Cramer Announces New US Hires; Experienced Industry Figures Attracted by Strategic Opportunities.

WASHINGTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 2, 2004

Cramer, the leading independent provider of telecom inventory management solutions, today announced the appointment of three highly experienced professionals to key positions in the US.

Adan Pope joins Cramer as its Principal OSS Oss (ôs), city (1994 pop. 62,141), North Brabant prov., S Netherlands; chartered 1399. It is a significant industrial center. Manufactures include meat products, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, electrical equipment, and metalware.  Architect. In that role, he will interact with Cramer customers, prospects, and industry leaders to articulate and refine Cramer's vision for inventory management and its impacts to the OSS. Previously, Pope served as Chief Technical Officer and Vice President of Engineering at Clear Communications Clear Communications was a telecommunications company based in New Zealand. Until merging into Telstra's operations in 2001, it was the biggest rival to Telecom New Zealand. , where he led product definition and development activities for the network management and service assurance software vendor. Earlier in his career, Pope was in charge of the Network Solutions Group's Product Development Department at Tellabs, and was a software developer at AT&T Bell Labs.

Andrew Krueger brings 15 years of OSS experience to his position as a Senior Consultant at Cramer. Most recently, he was Lead Solutions Architect at CoManage Corporation, where he focused on the development and deployment of data integrity solutions within the OSS framework. Krueger also has held development and product management positions at Acterna, where his provisioning, discovery, and activation solutions were deployed at MCI (1) (Media Control Interface) A high-level programming interface from Microsoft and IBM for controlling multimedia devices. It provides commands and functions to open, play and close the device.

Tracy Miller will lead Cramer's sales initiatives in the Western Region of the US. He comes to Cramer from Amdocs, where he was responsible for providing complex OSS and BSS See 802.11.
