Crain-Drummond Launches Business Services Division to Consolidate Outsourcing Services.

BOUCHERVILLE, Quebec--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 2, 2000

Crain-Drummond Inc. today announced the creation of its new Business Services Division. The division will be responsible for all operations, logistics, and fulfillment activities supporting the company's business document and customer relationship management markets. Services are now being offered to Canadian firms across Canada Across Canada was an afternoon program that formerly aired on The Weather Network. The segment ran from early 1999 until mid 2002. The show ran from 3:00PM ET until 7:00 PM ET. , and distributed to end users across the continent through the Crain-Drummond network of service Centres and print-on-demand locations.

The new Business Service Division is headed by Mr. Samir Naoum, as Vice-President and General Manager. Mr. Naoum has served Crain-Drummond as vice president of quality and reengineering for the past five years.
