As a leader of SDG's Life Sciences practice, he designed and implemented customized project and portfolio management methodologies for many of the world's leading pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies. Mr. Shaffer has a Masters degree in decision analysis from Stanford University and an undergraduate degree in Systems and Industrial Engineering from the University of Arizona.
