Craig R. Benson Appointed Chairman of Advisory Board.

PLANO, Texas -- CareView Communications, Inc. (Pink Sheets:CRVW), an information technology provider to the healthcare industry, announced today that Craig R. Benson, the former Governor of New Hampshire, has been appointed as Chairman of the Company's Advisory Board.

In addition to serving as New Hampshire's Governor from 2003 to 2005, Mr. Benson has been a successful entrepreneur and investor in network equipment, wireless networking and communication products and solutions. In 1983, he co-founded Cabletron Systems, Inc., a leading provider of network solutions. Cabletron Systems went public in 1989 with what was then the largest IPO in Wall Street history. Mr. Benson is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Anseri Corporation, a provider of wireless networking and communication products and Chief Executive Officer of Softdraw Investments, LLC, a private investment firm. He is also a trustee of the Babson Colleges and serves on the Board of Directors of Sycamore Networks Inc.
