Craig Parisot Joins Invertix as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer.

ANNANDALE, Va. -- Invertix Corporation has announced the appointment of Craig Parisot as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer bringing more than 12 years of experience managing operations at the nexus of technology and business in commercial and government organizations. Parisot assumes ownership of existing operations as well as corporate development, which are among his large portfolio of responsibilities.

During Parisot's tenure with SI International and Bridge Technology Corporation he demonstrated his ability to quickly assess operational and market opportunities, develop and communicate compelling visions and strategic plans, and build teams to execute effectively. In his most recent position before joining Invertix, he served as a Senior Director with SI's Intelligence Business Unit where he was responsible for the company's strategic business relationships and delivery of several key programs, all in the defense intelligence sector. Parisot came to SI International through its acquisition of Bridge Technology Corporation where, as a Director, he was responsible for all corporate operations. Parisot joined Bridge from start-up through acquisition playing a major role in the company's rapid growth and profitability.

Prior to making the move into the private sector, Parisot served as a member of the defense acquisition corps in assignments with the Air Force's Electronic Systems Center and with the Defense Contract Management Agency. He is well known for shaping DoD policy leading the Air Force's Information Technology Services Program, which accounted for approximately ten percent of ESC's annual operating budget and represented the service's adoption of using Blanket Purchase Agreements written against General Service Administration Federal Supply Service schedule contracts, previously untested at that scale.

He holds a MBA from California State Polytechnic University, a bachelor's degree in English from the University of South Carolina, is a PMI certified Project Management Professional, and teaches contract management at the National Cryptologic School.
