Craig McCallum Sr. vice president and managing director of EnCompass Group Inc. joins Primus' board of directors.

 McCallum, senior vice president of EnCompass Group Inc. and managing director of EnCompass Ventures, has joined the company's board of directors.

McCallum brings over 15 years of high-tech experience and over 10 years of experience in senior management roles with high-tech companies to Primus' board.

Prior to joining EnCompass, a venture capital firm that specializes in helping software companies break into the Asian market, Craig McCallum was vice president and general manager of CompuServe's Internet Internet

Publicly accessible computer network connecting many smaller networks from around the world. It grew out of a U.S. Defense Department program called ARPANET (Advanced Research Projects Agency Network), established in 1969 with connections between computers at the
 Division. While at CompuServe, he launched the SPRYNET Internet Service. Before CompuServe, McCallum was vice president of Finance, Operations and Business Development at SPRY, Inc. While at SPRY, he led the launch of Internet In A Box Internet in a Box (IBox) was one of the first commercially available Internet connection software packages available for sale to the public. It included everything needed to connect to the internet in 1994. Spry, Inc. . McCallum also led the negotiations to sell SPRY, Inc, to CompuServe for over $100 million, which at the time was the largest Internet related transaction.
