Craig is best known as one of the original members of hip hop producer Marley Marl's Cold Chillin' Records group the Juice Crew, which consisted of other hip hop . Watson, who is currently vice president, quality assurance, has assumed additional responsibility for agricultural sustainability, effective immediately.

In his expanded role as vice president, quality assurance and agricultural sustainability, he will apply the knowledge of products and production techniques gained through his quality assurance activities to broaden SYSCO's impact on agricultural sustainability issues. These programs will foster the success of highly differentiated products that are profitable to all stakeholders, encourage farmer ownership and control, and contribute to environmental stewardship The integration and application of environmental values into the military mission in order to sustain readiness, improve quality of life, strengthen civil relations, and preserve valuable natural resources.  and rural vitality. SYSCO's initiatives in this area are in response to growing demand for such products by foodservice operators.

Mr. Watson, 52, began his SYSCO career in 1981, and has provided many years of leadership in the development of quality assured SYSCO branded products. His team of quality assurance professionals is responsible for product development, global supplier approval, and the design and implementation of quality systems to assure product consistency and food safety. His personal farm experiences will provide a keen insight into the struggles of rural America.

Mr. Watson was born in Waterloo, Iowa and raised on a farm near Elkader, Iowa. He is a graduate of Iowa State University Academics
