Craig Caudill Joins FinishMaster as Vice President, Sales Director.

INDIANAPOLIS -- FinishMaster, Inc. (Pink Sheets:FMST) today announced the addition of Craig Caudill to the FinishMaster team as Vice President, Sales Director.

In this new position, Mr. Caudill will oversee sales process improvement and organizational development. This group encompasses business development, sales training and national account management.

Mr. Caudill joins FinishMaster with 30 years of leadership experience. He spent 24 years as President of Moduline Windows, and worked at the corporate level on growth strategy. As division P & L manager, he was responsible for national sales, operations and field support. Under his leadership, the company grew window sales over $50 million as overall group sales approached $300 million. Mr. Caudill has an undergraduate degree from Indiana University and MBA from the University of Kentucky.
