Craig Barratt Joins Atheros Communications as Vice President, Technology.

SUNNYVALE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 17, 2002

Atheros Communications Inc. today announced that Craig Barratt has joined the company as vice president, technology. Barratt will report to Rich Redelfs, president and CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board.  of Atheros, and will help provide technology and system architecture leadership in addition to supporting technical business development and strategic partnerships.
